This is a great product! I am a female in the military and it has always been a struggle to find a gear that fits. This vest is very adjustable and comfortable. I crossed the shoulder straps in the back to give me a tighter fit. It is not too heavy by itself but when loaded with a gear, it's still very comfortable.
