I'm often sleeping in the car while my fiancé is driving. Normally when I do this, my head flops all over the place and has even hit the window a couple of times when going over bumps. This head support has solved it. The supports are firmly padded and sturdy. No one is going to mistake these for bedroom pillows, but they are supportive and about as soft as the headrest itself. It's done its job well so far. My head hasn't hit the window or B-pillar since installing these. There also is the added benefit that if we were to get into an accident, I'd have a bit more padding between my head & the rest of the car. I hope to never find out, but it's reassuring to have the extra padding near my head. Overall, a great buy.
