Return Policy


Here at Good Deals Shark, we turn any good deal into great ones that's why our return policy lasts for up to 30 days so you can be assured to get the most out of the items you have purchased. And should you find the product unsatisfactory, you can return it within 30 days after you have received your item and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.

However, please do make sure that your item is unused and in the exact same condition you received it, with tags intact. We do reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition. Also, please do submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.

There may be some non-returnable/non-refundable items which include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

Damaged Goods Policy

If in an unfortunate circumstance happens that the item you ordered is damaged while in transit, you may send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to support@gooddealsshark.com so we can assess the item.

Usually, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged good, however, we do need a proof of the damage in videos / photos so we can properly assess the item and provide you with the relevant options available to you.

Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected the item that you have returned, we will send you an email notification and notify you of the status of your refund.

Once the refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ; depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Do check your bank account regularly once you receive notification that your refund has been processed. . It may take some time before your refund is fully processed. However, if you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please do check your bank account again. You may also contact your credit card company to validate. You can also contact your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is completely processed.

Cancellations

We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.

Sale Items

Please take note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
